RETURNS POLICY

Please read and understand the details stated herewith under Returns Policy and Warranty.

Firstly, for defective goods only, Create Neon provides replacement for defective parts . Create Neon will make every effort to solve your issue you are experiencing  in quick manor. Every issue is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the absolute discretion of Create Neon.

In the unlikely event your sign arrives faulty or whilst under warranty, please get in touch with your order number, as well as a full video or where it arrived damaged or is faulty. We will then resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the defective part.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG NEON SIGN?

If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong size, or the neon sign is defective or we send you the wrong color (for example you selected yellow and you receive the sign in white) then simply notify us, we will then resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the defective part.

Please note: There might be a slight color difference from the graphics to the real life neon lighting. Check out the real life colors

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We do not offer exchanges because each product is made personalized for your specifications. However for any reason you find your neon sign faulty or defective, just let us know and we will resolve the issue ASAP.

WARRANTY

Our Indoor LED neon signs come with a 1 year warranty. If there is a quality problem within this year, we will make another one for you, you only need to pay the postage.

We can also make your neon sign suitable for outdoor use, please get in touch for a quote. On the rare occasion you have defective sign please contact us with a full video of your sign including the power supply and dimmer so we can identify the issue and get it resolved ASAP!
